Bengaluru airport wins ACI’s Airport Service Quality Award 2020

Bengaluru: Bengaluru’s Kempegowda International Airport on Monday won the Airport Service Quality Award 2020 for the ‘Best Airport by Size and Region in the 25-40 million passengers per year category.
The award was presented by the Airports Council International and was given on the basis of a passenger survey. This year, the award focused on the measures taken and protocols adopted to contain the pandemic.
“We’re proud to receive this global recognition, made possible by the extraordinary support from our partners in the BLR Airport ecosystem,” BIAL MD and CEO Hari Marar said.
