Karkala: Five cows die of food poisoning after eating expired food thrown near Johalbatte river in Karkala
It is said that around 25 kgs of gram flour were thrown near the river by some miscreants which were eaten by the cows. As a result, 5 cows died and around 25-30 cows have fallen sick
Locals and several Hindu outfits have urged the authorities to take strict action against the miscreants
