Chikkamagaluru: BJP’s national general secretary CT Ravi said that he is unsure why DK Shivkumar is associating his name in former minister Ramesh Jarkiholi’s CD case as the investigation is on and the producer, director and actor in the case will be known.

Speaking to reporters here, he said that the CD case is not a matter of respect for Karnataka politics. Everyone should think about whether they want value-based or CD-based politics.

“We who are in public life should think about purity in politics. Politicians should be modest and humble,” Ravi said.

Commenting on Tamil Nadu politics, he gave the example of Annamalai, adding that the BJP is contesting in 20 out of 234 seats and the AIADMK-led NDA will come to power this time with BJP winning more than 10 seats.
