Mangaluru: 2-day Nandini Utsav at Sasihithlu concludes

Sasihithlu: The two-day-long Nandini Utsav on the banks of the river Nandini concluded on Sunday.

The event was jointly organized by the Department of Tourism, Department of Youth Empowerment and Sports, State and District Milk Producers Cooperative and Sasihithlu Sri Anjaneya Temple and vyayam shala.

Speaking on the occasion, Dakshina Kannada district BJP president Sudarshan M said, “the Utsav is historical and showcases our national solidarity and great reverence for the river and its heritage.”

A prize distribution ceremony was held and the Utsav concluded with the Nandini Arati.
