There will be no lockdown in the state: B C Patil

Bengaluru: MLA BC Patil on Monday assured that there will be no lockdown in the state and that considering the present financial situation government has decided to take several precautionary measures to curb the spread of Covid-19
Speaking to the reporters here, Patil said, ” State Government has decided not to impose lockdown in Karnataka. There is a difference between last year and the present year situation. People must understand that we are taking several precautionary measures to control the spread of Covid-19″
Talking about Congress’s reaction over MLAs moving to Supreme Court, he said, ” It is my right to go to the Court. What right does Congress have to question me?”
“Congress leaders are running out of issues to criticize. They are targeting us because we left their party and joined BJP,” he opined
Further talking about the Farmers’ protest, Patil said, ” Let them protest and appeal to the government. But the Centre has taken Pro-Farmer measures. There is no question of taking back farm laws”
