Bengaluru: The Special Investigation Team (SIT) probing the Jarkiholi CD case has found 2 hours and 28 minute-long unedited video of former minister Ramesh Jarkiholi with the woman, according to reports.
Sources have said that the video was recently unearthed when the deleted data from the laptop of the case’s alleged kingpin journalist Naresh Gowda was retrieved.
The video was recorded using a stealth camera bought on SP Road in the city. The woman had concealed the camera in her vanity bag, sources further informed.
In the video obtained by the SIT officials, scenes captured include Jarkiholi boarding a car, coming to the hotel, and going to her room.
Meanwhile, on Wednesday night, Ramesh Jarkiholi was interrogated at his Sadashivanagar home by a team of SIT officials for the third time.
After the inquiry, led by ACP Dharmendra Kumar, the former minister’s mobile phone was seized. However, it was reported that no details related to the case were found on the mobile phone as it was formatted, hence it has been sent to a forensics laboratory to retrieve its data.
