At 37°C, Bengaluru records hottest day in March since 2017

Bengaluru: Bengaluru on Wednesday recorded its hottest day in the month of March since the year 2017. According to the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), the city recorded a maximum temperature of 37.2ºC
It is said that the last time Bengaluru recorded 37.2ºC in March was on March 26, 2017. It is said that the high temperature is due to the wind direction and wind speed in Bengaluru
Also, Wednesday’s temperature was just 0.1ºC lesser than the hottest day Bengaluru has seen in March till date, which was 37.3ºC on March 29, 1996.
