Bengaluru: The Special Investigation Team probing the CD case on Thursday took the woman involved in the case to locations in the city as part of the probe.

The victim who was accompanied by her lawyer and forensic experts visited her paying guest residence at RT Nagar. Officials inspected the place for three hours.

Later the investigating officials and the woman visited the 7th-floor apartment of Ramesh Jarkiholi in Malleshwaram. The woman was present with the officials while they inspected the place till late in the night.

It was reported that the woman had earlier stated that she has been living as a paying guest in the city for two years and works in a software company with a salary of Rs 45,000. Along with this, she was also working on a project for an NGO, and this is how she was introduced to Ramesh Jarkiholi.

It was also reported that during the location visits the woman became emotional and requested the SIT officials there to let her meet her parents. The officials said that if they allow it then the investigating officials will be doubted. However, the woman started crying and pleaded further.

The officials then reportedly said that they will ask her lawyer to send a letter to her parents regarding this.
