Vijayapura: BJP MLA Basanagouda Patil Yatnal yet again has hinted at disagreements among BJP leaders.
Claiming that there’s so much more yet to be seen in the cabinet, Yatnal said, “Minister Eshwarappa is also a senior leader like CM Yediyurappa but he doesn’t have the freedom, as a result of which he has lost patience.”
Addressing media persons after attending the Bhoomi Pooja of Samudaya Bhavan in Ward 22 of Ekta Nagar on Friday, April 2, Yatnal hinted at the possibility of some bigger explosion in Yediyurappa’s cabinet after May 2.
He further alleged that the state BJP government is being ruled by father-son duo.
Talking about the money being sanctioned without bringing it to Eshwarappa’s attention, Yatnal said, ” If Vijayendra interferes with other departments just because he is Chief Minister’s son, which minister will keep quiet?”
“Isn’t Eshwarappa experienced enough? How could CM release funds without bringing it to Eshwarappa’s notice?” Yatnal questioned.
Talking about his disappointment with Karnataka BJP in-charge Arun Singh, Yatnal said that Arun Singh is only in-charge of Karnataka BJP and not of CM Yediyurappa or his son Vijayendra. Everyone should remember this. Adding that mockingly that it will be better if all cabinet positions are given to Vijayendra.
