Mangaluru: Mahila Cong to organise training camps on ‘parental code access,’ says UT Khader

Mangaluru: Former minister UT Khader on Tuesday announced that the Mahila Congress’s district unit will be organising training camps on ‘parental code access’ for parents to control mobile phone usage of their children.
He said that this comes in view of the murder of a 12-year-old after losing a PUBG game he was playing with one of his friends.
“Such violent video games are an indirect war waged to undermine the country’s human resources. Students and youth are becoming brutal by playing such games. The Central government should ensure that there is a complete ban on the PUBG video game,” he added.
“The training camp will be organised in villages of the districts and will be conducted within a month. Technicians who will conduct the training have already been contacted,” he said.
He also said that the security situation in the district has completely deteriorated as people are afraid to sleep in their houses at night due to increasing robbery cases, adding that moral policing, however, has been given a free hand.
“The government had said that they will enact a law stopping Love Jihad. However, after the gram panchayat elections, there is no talk about it. Let the vigilantes protest against the government till the anti-Love Jihad law is introduced rather than beating up innocent civilians,” Khader said.
