Kasargod: Srijith Paraklayi, District vice president of Yuva Morcha was brutally assaulted with weapons by unidentified assailants on Tuesday night, April 6.

The incident occurred at Paraklayi, Abalattara police station limits.

Srijith was rushed to a private hospital in Mangaluru. Since he had suffered injuries on both legs, the victim underwent a surgery

BJP’s allegations are that CPM was involved in the assault. A case has been registered at Abalattara police station.
