We have already released Rs 1200 Cr grant to KSRTC: DyCM

Mangaluru: Deputy Chief Minister, Ashwathnarayan on Friday said that the government has already released several subsidies under various schemes to RTC employees, and Rs 1,200 Crore grants have also been released to KSRTC

Speaking to the reporters here, Ashwath Narayan said, ” Due to Covid-19, the transport department has faced heavy losses. Amid this, we cannot fulfill all of their demands”

“We cannot pay their salaries as per the Sixth Pay Commission recommendations, other than that all the demand have been fulfilled,” he added
