Mallikarjuna Khuba’s supporters attempt to besiege CM’s car in Basavakalyan

Bidar: BJP rebel candidate Mallikarjuna Khuba’s supporters tried to besiege Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa’s car when he arrived in Basavakalyan for the by-election campaign.
Hundreds of Khuba’s supporters gathered in front of his residence as the chief minister arrived in the city.
They started shouting slogans and attempted to block the road from where the chief minister was supposed to pass.
Huge police personnel presence on the spot managed to prevent the siege of the chief minister’s car.
