Subramanya: Thundershowers and wind cause extensive damage

Subramanya: Flash showers and wind caused extensive damage to houses and farms in the Kadaba taluk.

The worse damages were caused at Subramanya and Panja where trees fell on houses.

Fortunately, no harm was reported to residents.

The Disaster Management Team of the Shree Kshetra Dharmasthala Rural Development Project aided in the clearing of trees fallen on houses.

Additionally, MESCOM linemen and other employees were also involved in clearing toppled electric poles.

Electricity connection to many places are presently disconnected as the clearance work of fallen electric poles is continuing in those places.
