Belman: Rashmi, a member of the Nitte gram panchayat, made a man who disposed garbage near a road in the village to remove it himself.
After seeing the garbage disposed on the road, Rashmi immediately started to search for the person who threw it there.
On finding the man who disposed of the garbage she made him remove it and pay a fine to the gram panchayat.
Her act to keep her village clean made her receive appreciation from the gram panchayat president and PDO and also on social media.
