Puttur: Vidwan Manjunath makes it into India Book of Records

Puttur: A trained Bharatanatyam dancer Vidwan Manjunath made it into the India Book of Records for his achievement in the field of Bharatnatyam.

Keeping in mind the various concepts in Bharatnatyam, Manjunath has made it into the India Book of Records, making him the first record holder for performing 20 different ‘Dwi-tala’ in just 23 minutes, 52 seconds. In fact he is the only one so far to hold a record for performing Dwi-tala.

Addressing the media, Manjunath thanked his guru for supporting him and for being the backbone to all his achievements.
