Tamil Nadu: 4 dead, 15 injured in reactor blast at pesticides manufacturing factory

Tamil Nadu: As many as four people died and 15 others were injured in a reactor vessel blast at a pesticides manufacturing industry in Kudikadu at SIPCOT industrial estate in Tamil Nadu’s Cuddalore district.
However, the exact cause of the blast yet to be ascertained.
State minister CV Ganesan said, “Strict action will be taken against factories which don’t take steps to control accidents”
