No weekend Curfew in DK; lockdown-like restrictions remain

Mangaluru: The Dakshina Kannada District Administration on Thursday, May 13 lifted the weekend curfew imposed in the district.
An order in this regard was passed by the district deputy commissioner Dr KV Rajendra.
In his order, the DC clarified that the lockdown-like restriction that has been imposed in the state will be in effect till May 24 and only the weekend curfew has been removed.
It implies that essential shops in the district will be open during relaxation hours.
