Chikkamagaluru: COVID-19 positive elder brother killed by younger

Chikkamagaluru: An incident of fratricide was reported from Marasanige village in the Kalasa taluk here.
The deceased has been identified as Mahaveera (45) who was infected with the novel coronavirus.
Mahaveera’s younger brother Pashwanath questioned him on his return without recovering from the disease.
Angered by Pashwanath’s question, Mahaveera started to quarrel with him.
As arguments heated up, Pashwanath fatally struck Mahaveera in anger.
A case has been registered at the Kalasa police station.
