Bengaluru: Former Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy on Tuesday said that the State Government must extend the lockdown in the state for one month and announce packages for the poor.
Speaking to the reporters, HDK said, ” Covid-19 cases are rising day by day in the State and the government must extend the lockdown after May 24. Government should also announce a package to the poor.”
“Covid-19 cases have not reduced in the state, only the number of testing has been reduced. The State Government is trying to cover its failure by misleading the people. The government has already failed in managing the pandemic. It should not repeat its mistake,” he added
