Mumbai: Actor Jackky Bhagnani and Anirban Das Blah, co-founder of Kwan Entertainment, are among nine high-profile men accused of repeated sexual abuse and molestation by a 28-year-old model.
The complaint was registered by a model-turned-songwriter who has also become an independent artist
The other accused named in the FIR include photographer Colston Juian, Krishan Kumar from T-Series, Aha CEO Ajit Thakur, Zerodha co-founder Nikhil Kamat, Producer Vishnu Induri among others.
The model has claimed that the alleged sexual harassment took place between the period 2014 and 2019 under the pretense of giving her acting opportunities.
The police have registered the First Information Report under Section 376 (committing rape repeatedly on the same woman) and 354 (molestation) of the Indian Penal Code.
However, producer Ajit Thakur has denied the claims by the former model and alleged blackmail from her. He further said that he will take legal action against the model.
