Madikeri: A dead body of a man was found in a plantation at the foot of the Makkal Gudi hill in the Kirigandur village near Somavarapete here on Wednesday.
It is suspected that the man committed suicide by jumping off the hill.
The dead body was noticed on Wednesday when plantation workers came to work.
Police officials from the Somavarapete police station arrived at the spot for inspection.
