FIR against Sanchari Vijay’s friend for rash riding and causing his death

Bengaluru: Police officials have registered an FIR against Naveen, Sanchari Vijay’s friend for rash riding that eventually led to the fatal accident resulting in the actor’s demise.
A case has been registered against Naveen under IPC section 279 and IPC section 338.
The accident at around 11:30 pm near L&T South City, JP Nagar 7th phase occurred after their motorbike skidded off and hit an electric pole. Vijay who was riding pillion hit his head on an electric pole and was bleeding profusely.
He was rushed to the hospital and the actor remained critical even after an emergency surgery that was performed to remove hemorrhage in the brain.
However, Vijay succumbed on the afternoon of June 14th.
