Chikkamagaluru: Forest Dept personnel allegedly helping cattle smugglers

Chikkamagaluru: In a video that has now gone viral, Forest Department personnel are seen helping illegal cattle transporters.
The video was purportedly recorded at the Thanikode check post in Sringeri taluk.
The personnel are seen not checking the vehicles and taking money from the vehicles transporting cattle.
It was reported that when locals inquired the personnel for not checking the vehicles they replied that all the vehicle documents are okay.
