Be ready to face the next elections: BSY to party leaders

Bengaluru: Karnataka Chief Minister   BS Yediyurappa on Saturday said that the BJP government has asked the party leaders to be ready for the next elections.

He was speaking after inaugurating the executive committee meeting of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Bengaluru.

Yediyurappa said that with the help of the Centre, the government has successfully handled the Covid pandemic. The BJP government has also dealt effectively with the floods in the state by taking up relief measures.

Also, the government has provided economic packages to the financially distressed. The Lasika Mela was successful in the state, he added.

State party president Nalin Kumar Kateel, and several Union Ministers also participated in the meeting. BJP party national general secretary and State in-charge Arun Singh participated through videoconference.
