Hunsur: Police seize marijuana grown secretly in banana plantation

Hunsur: Police raided and seized marijuana that was secretly grown in a banana plantation at Bharatwadi in the taluk here.
The accused, identified as Ramesh, had grown 29 marijuana plants on his plantation. He escaped the police raid and is absconding.
Police conducted the raid after the District Police Superintendent Chetan received a tip-off regarding the illegal cultivation of marijuana at the plantation.
