Dakshina Kannada including three other districts in Karnataka report higher positivity rate than state average

Mangaluru: Dakshina Kannada, Kodagu, Mysuru and Hassan districts have reported a higher positivity rate than the state average.

The state has reported 95% recovery from Covid-19, and the positivity rate is at 2.62%. However,  27 districts have reported a positivity rate of under 5% (2.62%).

On Monday, June 28, Dakshina Kannada reported 263 new coronavirus cases. The case positivity rate for the district stands at 3.42%.

Also,  Kodagu and Dakshina Kannada have made negative Covid-19 certificates mandatory for those entering the state from Kerala.
