Bengaluru: Sandalwood actor Rakshit Shetty is all set for a massive comeback as a director.
The actor on Sunday,July 11 announced his upcoming directorial film titled Richard Anthony – Lord of The Sea.
The film will be produced by Vijay Kiragandur under Hombale Films, who had bankrolled KGF: Chapter 1 and 2. Richard Anthony is based on the iconic character Richie played by Rakshit in his directorial debut, Ulidavaru Kandanthe.
On July 11, he took to social media to share an exciting update regarding his comeback as a director.
The Avane Srimannarayana actor announced the title of his next film Richard Anthony – Lord of The Sea. He also shared a promo, which gave a glimpse of what the film is all about.
The shooting of Richard Anthony will commence in January 2022. Cinematographer Karm Chawla, composer B Ajaneesh Loknath, editor Prateek Shetty and stunt director Vikram Mor are part of the technical crew.
Meanwhile, Rakshit Shetty is waiting for the release of his upcoming film, 777 Charlie. He has also been working on scripts that he could direct next.
