In the creepiest incident, a complete stranger texted a woman after finding her number from her dog’s collar.
As per reports, the pet owner was out walking with her dog when the man stopped her and asked if he could pet the animal. She allowed the man to pet the dog without hesitation.
The man made a note of her number while petting the dog and later texted her saying that they should hang out.
The screenshot of the chat was shared on Reddit with the caption, “Hey, I got your phone number from your dog’s collar. Thanks for letting me pet her. We should hang out.”
When the woman didn’t respond, the man again sent her a text almost seven hours later. He wrote, “Hello? Why do you even have your number on her collar if you don’t want people to text you? What the f*** such a tease.”
Many users called this incident creepy and one user wrote, “If you’re getting bad vibes or they’re looking at your dog’s collar for a bit too long, you need to leave.”
