Bengaluru: In the wake of the coronavirus pandemic, Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai said that celebrations should be observed in a manner that Covid cases don’t rise.

Bommai appealed to people to follow all the Covid norms and avoid overcrowding in public places during the festival.

The Covid-19 cases are in control now and people must cooperate in reducing the number of cases in the state by following COVID appropriate behaviour, he stated.

“People should take precautions, there should be no overcrowding and all Covid norms should be followed,” he said.
