Zee acquires satellite rights of KGF 2 for massive sum

Bengaluru: The satellite rights for south Indian languages of the much-awaited movie ‘KGF: Chapter 2’ starring Yash was sold on Friday.

A team from the film’s production that on the auspicious occasion of the Varamahalakshmi festival, the satellite rights of the movie for south India has been sold to Zee television channels.

This was also posted by Hombale Films, director Prashant Neel and Yash on their social media accounts.

According to unconfirmed reports, Zee acquired the satellite rights for a whopping Rs 100 crore.

Recently, the movie also received an offer of Rs 250 crores from an OTT platform as well. However, the movie’s producers rejected it.

Directed by Prashant Neel, the movie stars Yash along with a big star cast of Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt and actress Raveena Tandon.
