Mysuru gang rape case: Police zero in on four engineering students

Mysuru: A special team to investigate the gang-rape incident in Mysuru has zeroed in on four suspects after collecting dump from a mobile tower.
The suspects are said to be engineering college students, three of whom hail from Kerala while one is from Tamil Nadu.
While tower locations confirmed the presence of these students in Mysuru on Tuesday, investigation revealed that they did not attend an examination scheduled on Wednesday, a day after the rape incident.
Moreover when the police tried to reach the suspects, they were not found. Sources said that police suspect that the four students committed the crime and disappeared after it came to light.
Special teams have obtained all details from the college and are on their way to Kerala and Tamil Nadu to inquire about them.
