Mysuru: The victim in the August 24 Mysuru gangrape case has identified the culprits from the photos shown to her on Saturday.
This follows the development of a 20-member police team reaching Tirupur to aid the search operations for the seventh accused in the case.
The victim is still undergoing treatment in hospital and continues to be in trauma causing further postponement in the recording of her statement by the police.
The search in Tirupur is facing hurdles as the accused has switched off his mobile phone making it difficult to track him.
It was also reported that the sixth accused in the case who was recently taken into custody had attacked the police with a knife when they were about to arrest him.
