Shringeri: Three members of a family allegedly committed suicide by hanging themselves at Shringeri Taluk.
Veena (70), her daughter Sharada (49) and grand daughter Shravya (16) hanged themselves in their home in Makkimane village , police said.
A case has been registered and the reason behind suicides is yet to be ascertained.
Suicide is preventable. If you get any such thoughts, consult or seek expert help.
