Suresh Raina holds the record of being the first-ever Indian batsman to reach 5,000-run mark in IPL. He also holds the record of the maximum number of catches in IPL with 102 to his kitty. Raina also has the feather of being first and only player who scored over 400 runs in seven consecutive seasons of the Indian Premier League.

 

5.   Robin Uthappa

Robin Uthappa may not have a very bright career in international cricket, but has always been extremely reliable and consistent in domestic cricket and IPL. His presence at the top of the order for the Kolkata Knight Riders team has been confidence boosting.
