Bengaluru: Karnataka Home Minister Araga Jnanendra on Monday shared a video of a Bengaluru Traffic Police personnel filling a pothole in the city.
Sharing the video, he wrote, “It’s the duty of the traffic police to facilitate smooth traffic. However, our Bengaluru Traffic Police is doing noteworthy work.”

Several complaints have been coming from the residents across Bengaluru about the run-down conditions of the roads. Recently, a deadly pothole in Vishweshwaraiah layout has claimed the life of a physically challenged man who fell off his Scooter after his two-wheeler landed in a pothole on the road.
However, Minister for Revenue R Ashok has instructed the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) to carry out road repair work within a month and fill all the potholes quickly.
