Karnataka adds 442 new Covid cases on Oct 7

Bengaluru: As many as 442 new Covid cases and 7 deaths were recorded in Karnataka on Thursday, October 7.

The information released by the Karnataka Health and Family Welfare department mentioned that 635 infected people have recovered and been discharged from various hospitals in the state. At present, there are 11619 active cases in the state.

The data suggests the positivity rate is 0.36 percent and the death rate is 1.58 percent.

District-wise cases:

Bagalkot-0, Ballary-5, Belagavi-2, Bengaluru Rural-7, Bengaluru City-166, Bidar-0, Chamarajanagar-1,Chikkaballapur-1, Chikkamagaluru-14, Chitradurga-2, Dakshina Kannada-43, Davanagere-2, Dharwad-2, Gadag-0, Hassan-35, Haveri-2, Kalaburagi-2, Kodagu-12, Kolar-13, Koppal-0, Mandya-15, Mysuru-31, Raichur-1, Ramanagara-2, Shivamogga-8, Tumkur-36, Udupi-17, Uttara Kannada-23, Vijayapura-0.
