Bengaluru: The Twitter spat between the former chief minister Saiddaramiah and the incumbent chief minister Basavaraj Bommai on ideological issues continued.
Siddaramiah’s October 14 tweet saying Bommai had not “learnt anything ” from his father, and accusations of “joining a communal party just for power” and supporting “anti-constitutional activities” evoked another retort from the chief minister.
Returning the volley, Bommai said “My father has taught me values of public good and I think he has also guide you in similar manner. My father was nationalist and I follow that all along. That is what RSS stands for. However, you fought congress tooth and nail and now your signing chorus of the family.”
