When actor Paras Kalnawat recently ordered a set of ‘Nothing Ear (1)’ earplugs, he had no idea that the delivery envelope would contain nothing. The Anupamaa-fame actor turned to Twitter to express his disappointment at receiving an empty box from Flipkart.

The television actor used Twitter and tagged the e-commerce platform, providing two photographs to indicate that the earplug package did not come with the device. “So here I am with nothing from @Flipkart in my @nothing box!” the 24-year-old actor tweeted.

Annoyed by the company’s service, he claimed that it is “really becoming worse with time.” “People will soon stop purchasing things from @Flipkart!” he added if the situation continues.

The actor’s remark drew a lot of attention on Twitter, with many users claiming to have been in a similar predicament in the past, particularly during the company’s Big Billion Sale over the holiday season.

The company also responded to the actor’s message and expressed regret. “Sorry to hear that,” the official Flipkart Support account remarked on the message. We are aware of your reservations concerning the order. We’ve here to assist you.” They also requested that the actor give his order ID so that they could investigate the situation and aid him.

On the site, the wireless Bluetooth headphones cost around Rs 6000.
