Bantwal: Miscreants attack BJP leader Prakash at his Bellur residence

Bantwal: Local BJO leader Prakash was attacked by miscreants at his home on Tuesday night and is currently undergoing treatment at a Bantwal hospital.

As a result of the assault, Prakash suffered head injuries during the attack. The reason for the assault is not known.

Sources said, the assailants to be from the same locality as the victim.

Some sources claimed that Nitin Badagabellur, Nishant Badagabellur, and Pavan Kumdale broke into Prakash’s house and attacked him. It is learnt that personal enmity could be the reason for the attack.

Seeing people gathering outside, the accused fled from the spot, sources added.

Bantwal police are investigating the case to trace the whereabouts of the assailants.
