Mangaluru: Tamil Nadu fisherman missing after falling into sea off Mangaluru coast

Mangaluru: A fisherman from Tamil Nadu is missing after he fell off a boat while fishing in the Sea off Mangaluru coast.
The victim has been identified as Vel Murugan (24). He came to Mangaluru four months back and was working as a fisherman in the Al Kausar boat.
It is said that the boat containing 10 members left for fishing from New Mangalore port at around 10.30 pm on October 24.
Around 11.30 pm, Vel Murugan was missing from the boat, others began searching for him but he was nowhere to be found.
A police complaint was registered at the nearby police station.
