Beltangady: Man marries second time without divorce, wife files complaint

Beltangady: A case has been registered against a man for allegedly marrying second time without getting a divorce from his first wife.

The complainant Deeksha filed a complaint against her husband Chetan and his second wife Nalini.

Deeksha and Chetan tied the knot as per Hindu customs and traditions and the couple have a four-year-old son

Deeksha, in her complaint, said that Chetan would pick up quarrels with her over petty issues. Frustrated by the physical and mental torture she had to endure in the wedlock, Deeksha returned to her parental home seven months back.

Using this opportunity, Chetan, she alleged married another woman.
