Bengaluru: Man forced to strip and do ‘snake dance’ as he failed to return Rs 2 lakh

Bengaluru: A 35-year-old man in Bengaluru was allegedly abducted, forced to strip and perform snake dance by a gang as he failed to return Rs 2 lakh.

The victim has been identified as Sathish. The accused recorded the victim’s video, circulated it on WhatsApp and later allowed him to go home.

The incident came to light when Sathish’s sister saw the video on the WhatsApp group and informed his wife Sujatha.  Sujatha approached the police and lodged a complaint.

The main suspect, Dayal Manju aka Puli Manju, left for the United States, one day after the case was lodged. Meanwhile, police have launched an investigation to trace the accused and arrest them at the earliest.
