New Delhi: Soon after Prime Minister’s big announcement about repealing the controversial farm laws, many took to social media to express their opinions. While some expressed appreciation for the move, others criticized it. Actress Kangana Ranaut was one among those not happy about the decision.
Kangana took to her Instagram stories to express her disappointment about centre’s decision to repeal the laws. She blamed the protestors on the streets for their role in the creation of laws instead of an elected government taking that call.
“Sad, shameful and absolutely unfair… if people on the street have started to make laws and not the chosen government in the parliament then even this is a jihadi nation… Congratulations to all who wanted it like this,” several news outlets quoted Kangana as writing on her Instagram stories.
