Bengaluru: Jilted lover kills teenage girl, ends life

Bengaluru: A man murdered an 18-year-old girl he claimed to be in love with and then committed suicide in Anekal District.

The deceased have been identified as Kishor (22), a resident of Hemapur colony, Banawadi and Sinchana (18), daughter of Magadi residents Dodayya and Gangamma.

It is said that the incident occurred when Sinchana was alone at her home. Kishor allegedly confessed his love to Sinchana and as she rejected him he stabbed her to death. Later, Kishore slit his wrist and hanged himself from the ceiling fan.

A case has been registered.
