Kasargod/Mangaluru: The Interpol has issued a Red Corner Notice(RCN) against absconding criminal Napatta Rafiq, who is wanted for his involvement in several cases of murder, theft, and abduction in Kerala and Karnataka.
The RCN was issued based on the request of the city police.
Rafiq, 32 is an associate of rowdy sheeter Yusuf Zia, who was recently arrested at Mumbai airport.
According to sources Rafiq is hiding in Dubai.
