Hyderabad to Gangavathi: Farmer pays Rs 463 for half ticket of a hen worth Rs 500

Gangavathi: A farmer traveling to Gangavathi from Hyderabad by a KSRTC bus paid Rs 463 for the hen he was carrying during his journey.
The farmer was made to buy a half-ticket for the hen he was carrying with him.
The ticket for the hen worth Rs 500-600 cost him Rs 463.
As per KSRTC policy, rabbits, pups, cats, birds, and birds in a cage are charged children’s fare. Under no circumstances will they be treated as part of free allowance.
