Bengaluru: Ahead of the film’s release on December 17, Allu Arjun reached Bengaluru for another promotional event of Pushpa on Wednesday.
As soon as he reached the venue, several people ended up thronging the actor’s car in an attempt to see their favorite star. Allu Arjun thanked the media and his fans for the support.
Meanwhile, #BoycottPushpaInKarnataka is trending on social media over lesser screen time for the Kannada version of the film.
Here comes the issue
Telugu version screens are very high compare to Kannada version.
I don’t think it’s true. They must have dubbed & releasing in kannada more than telugu version in Karnataka. Some big giant is misleading them #BoycottPushpaInKarnataka pic.twitter.com/5hCETSZLnw

We have shared Pushpa movie’s posters, teaser, songs, trailer because it was in Kannada..
Now We also #BoycottPushpaInKarnataka, because it is not in Kannada in theatres.. https://t.co/QAyfMna980— ‘Kannadigas Center’ ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರ ಕೇಂದ್ರ (@Kannadigacentre) December 16, 2021
If you want to release ur movie in Karnataka better release Kannada version more than any version. What is this? Telugu version200+,hindi vsn 10+,malayalam vsn 4+, tamil vsn 4+ & Kannada version 3 shows just 3 that too in Karnataka ?#BoycottPushpaInKarnataka #PushpaTheRise #Ban pic.twitter.com/09FbUp96dd

Dear @alluarjun , 450 shows for your Telugu film have been booked in Bengaluru. Why does Tollywood dump Telugu movies in Karnataka ? Karnataka is not a dumping site for Telugu movies. Dub movies to Kannada.

Pushpa Kannada version in Bengaluru has got only 3 shows. Where as Telugu Version has got 593, Tamil – 10, Malayalam 4 shows.
It could be first in history that a language of the land gets lesser screens than other languages
