Mangaluru: A ambulance toppled over a row of motorbikes parked at a private hospital in Falnir in the city on Monday, December 27.

Fortunately, only the driver was seated in the ambulance when the accident took place.

The driver hit a wall while reversing the vehicle on an incline, and fell from a height of about 8 feet, eyewitnesses said. Miraculously, the driver escaped with his life.

However, the motorbikes parked next to the elevated road were not so fortunate. It is learnt that 2 to 3 bikes were crushed under the wreckage.
