Mangaluru: In yet another shameful crime, used condoms were found placed in front of Koragajja shrine at Marnamikatte under Pandeshwar police station limits here.
The incident came to light on Tuesday morning, sources said. Police suspect that some mischief-mongers may have carried out the deplorable act last night.
Meanwhile, a case has been registered at Pandeshwar police station.
It may be recalled that a number of Nagabanas in areas around Mangaluru were defiled a few months ago, angering the public. Later, police had apprehended several drug addicts on suspicions of involvement in the crime.
